Chicken Waterer Nipples, 8 Pack Horizontal Side Mount Automatic Nipple Drinkers for Poultry Coop, Leakproof
An 8 pack of leakproof horizontal side mount nipple drinkers for poultry coops, a mid-size DIY watering option.
Price range: $ (Budget)
What we liked
- + 8 nipples suit a medium bucket waterer for a typical backyard flock
- + Leakproof side mount style keeps coop litter drier than open dishes
- + Horizontal nipples work well with standard buckets and totes
Trade-offs
- - Budget for a drill bit separately to mount the nipples
- - Birds must learn to trigger the valve, which slows first-day drinking
