What we liked
- + Listing states the hemp absorbs up to 4x its weight, to help keep coops and enclosures dry.
- + Described as specially designed to be low dust, and made from hemp stalks grown in the USA.
- + Large 285L pack (10+ cubic feet per the listing) that is fully biodegradable and can be composted.
Trade-offs
- - A 30 lb pack is bulky to store and carry, and far more than a small brooder uses at one time.
- - The listing does not describe the chop size or texture of the hemp pieces.
