What we liked
- + 35w draw keeps winter electricity use low for a small flock
- + Silicone pad is easy to wipe clean after spills and droppings
- + Flat, flexible design sits under many small and medium founts
Trade-offs
- - Lower heat output may not keep up in deep sub-zero cold snaps
