What we liked
- + Multi-level layout separates the sleeping loft from the ground-level run
- + Ramps and wire fence come included, so hens get outdoor space from day one
- + Well-known budget brand with a simple, widely sold coop design
Trade-offs
- - Standard wire fencing deters escapes but is weaker against raccoons than hardware cloth
- - Light softwood frame benefits from anchoring in windy yards
