What we liked
- + 5 quart size is easy to lift, clean and refill every day
- + Plastic build is light and handles vinegar or electrolyte additives
- + Low cost makes it handy as a brooder or backup waterer
Trade-offs
- - Too small for a full flock of adult hens on hot summer days
- - Light base can tip over if birds step on the rim
