Behrens Galvanized Steel Trash Can, 20 Gallon
Behrens' 20 Gallon galvanized steel can, a classic rodent-resistant bin for storing chicken feed and scratch.
Price range: $ (Budget)
What we liked
- + Galvanized steel resists rats and mice that chew through plastic
- + 20 Gallon size holds a feed bag plus some extra scratch
- + Simple, long-lasting can that stands up to outdoor storage
Trade-offs
- - Lid is not locking, so raccoons may pry it open without a bungee
- - Metal can dent and the seal is not airtight like gasketed bins
